Terms
These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them.
Information on this site
What's on this site, including reports, examples, numbers and real cases, is general information about websites. It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't say whether any website follows any law. For legal questions about your business, talk to a lawyer.
Free scans and reports
Our free scans only look at public pages, using automated tools and, when we say so, hands-on testing. Each report covers what it says it covers, on the day we checked. Websites change, so results can change too.
Our services
Paid work (Website Audits, fixes, monitoring and rebuilds) is done under a separate written agreement that lists the work, the price and the limits. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Buying online
Some services can be bought on this site. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment company; we never see your full card number. Before we test anything, we send you our service agreement and a short form giving us permission to test your website. Fix prices on this site are starting prices: after your Website Audit we confirm the final price in writing. If your site needs more work, we quote the difference before we start, and if you'd rather not go ahead, we refund what you paid for the fix. A Website Audit is fully refundable until we start testing. Monitoring renews every month until you cancel with 30 days' notice. In a package, the first month of monitoring is free.
No guarantees
We work carefully and write down what we do, but we can't promise a specific result. That includes promising that a website has no problems left, or that no one will ever make a claim against a business. This site is provided "as is."
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Forma Works isn't responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits, that come from using this website or what's on it. For paid work, the written agreement sets the limits.
Examples and sources
The examples show the kinds of fixes we make. They aren't client work unless we say so. Real cases and numbers come from the public sources named next to them, as of the date shown.
Our content and other names
The words, design and pictures on this site belong to Forma Works. Other companies' names belong to their owners and are only used to describe public cases.
Florida law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida.
