Privacy
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, ad trackers or session recording. The only thing it remembers is whether you pressed "Pause animations", and only in that browser tab until you close it. Nothing is sent to us unless you send the request form or email us.
The request form
If you send the "Discuss my website" form, we get what you type: your name, business, website, email, phone and message. It's held by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, until our system collects it (at most 30 days), and then kept with our business records so we can answer you. To stop spam, your internet address is used for up to one hour and then forgotten. We also run our free scan on the website you give us.
Payments
If you buy a service on this site, Stripe handles the payment. Stripe receives your card details under its own privacy policy; we get your name, email, what you bought and the amount, never your full card number.
When you email us
If you write to us, we get your email address and what you send. We only use it to reply and to do the work you ask for. We don't sell it or share it for advertising. Please don't send passwords or private customer information.
Businesses we contact
To offer our free website check, we use business contact details that are posted publicly, like on a business's own website or in public business listings, and we only look at public web pages. If you reply "stop" or ask us not to contact you, we put your business on a do-not-contact list so it never happens again.
Client work
When a client gives us access to their website, we use it only for the agreed work, we don't copy their customers' data, and the client removes our access when we're done.
Questions or requests
Email [email protected] to ask what we have about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
